Job Description
This position reports to the Treasury Operations Programs Manager and will learn all aspects of the Treasury Operations Programs functions we manage and support. These CVS/pharmacy store programs include CVS Charge Card acceptance, ATM machines, Gaming/Slot Machines, Check acceptance, and Student Debit acceptance. This candidate will work closely with external vendors and internal departments to maintain, add or remove functionality in all existing, new and closing stores. Also responsible for providing guidance to external vendor relationships, resolving customer issues, reporting & analysis on program performance, budgeting and forecasting, maintaining policies & procedures for store, field & corporate areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
* Work with Vendors and colleagues to ensure proper operation of CVS Charge Card Acceptance, Check Acceptance, Gaming, ATM machines and Student Debit Acceptance
* On-board new stores for CVS Charge Card acceptance, Check acceptance and Student Debit acceptance
* Work with vendor and Field Management to on-board new stores with ATM machines
* Resolving customer and field issues for all Treasury Operations disciplines
* Maintain and update database of existing vendor contracts, terms and expiration dates
* Fulfill MyIT requests for system access (Solutran, ACI, Vantiv IQ, etc)
* Reporting and analysis for Check acceptance activity, Collections Performance, ATM Activity, etc.
* Assist with Month End Close process including Journal Entries, GL Analysis, Report preparation
* Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting for Treasury Operations Revenues and Expenses
* Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Director

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree Required

Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project preferred)
* General Ledger knowledge preferred
* Good analytical skills
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Willingness to work independently and as a team player
* Ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to change
