Job Description
The Store Operations Project Leader drives the development and delivery of customer service and business support programs. Project Leaders work closely and collaboratively with Customer Support Center departments as well as Store and Field Management on the development of these programs, along with their rollout strategies.

Position Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the next generation of retail strategies, aimed at increasing sales, improving service, and enhancing our business model
- Work cross-functionally to expand the scope, profitability, and operational efficiency of key company initiatives, including Inventory Management (CFR), Product Flow, Write-off mitigation and other business concepts
- Coordinate work across various departments, formulating proposals, plans and presentations
- Manage rollouts while also evaluating and measuring the effect/impact upon the target audience
- React to the day-to-day business issues and needs (problem resolution)
- Manage and monitor communication flow to stores and Field Management

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail Pharmacy experience
- 1+ years of MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Current CVS Store Manager, or equivalent retail management experience
- Proven high performer, demonstrated by consistently high performance reviews, strong store performance and exceptional customer service management
- Complete knowledge and understanding of store systems and store systems applications (SMART, RF & POS and RADAR applications)
- Computer competency and literacy in Microsoft Windows/Office applications
- Strong program management, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization (Senior Management, Field Management, Customer Support Center personnel)
- Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues
- Capacity to travel periodically to stores throughout the company to gather operational input and to gauge success of programs
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to act as an advocate on behalf of stores and Field Management

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or related field strongly preferred
