Job Description
A Store Operations Senior Consultant represents the voice of the stores and field for the areas of the business they support. They work closely and collaboratively with other Customer Support Center departments as well as Store and Field Management on evolution of day-to-day business procedures, as well as the development of new programs and their rollout strategies.

Some of the projects the person filling this role will work on include:
* Simplification of the Hiring Process for Store colleagues
* Streamlining of Quarterly Compliance Training
* Evolution of the HR Audit
* Transitioning mileage/Paid Out functionality out of SMART
* Maintaining compliance to HR regulations, standards, & practices (varies by state)

Position Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with project teams to drive both long-term and short-term operations-related actions and initiatives
* Coordinate work across various departments (like Workbrain, myHR, HRBPs, Labor Relations, etc), formulating proposals, plans and presentations
* Manage rollouts while also evaluating and measuring the effect/impact upon the target audience
* React to the day-to-day business issues and needs (Help Desk ticket resolution)

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail Pharmacy experience
- 1+ years of MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Current CVS Store Manager with a minimum of 4 years CVS management experience, or equivalent retail management experience
- Proven high performer, demonstrated by consistently high performance reviews, strong store performance and exceptional customer service management
- Complete knowledge and understanding of store technology and systems applications (Workbrain, POS, SMART, RF/TC-51 & RADAR/Spark applications)
- Computer competency and literacy in Microsoft Windows applications
- Strong program management, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization (Senior Management, Field Management, Customer Support Center personnel)
- Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues
- Capacity to travel periodically to stores throughout the company to gather operational input and to gauge success of programs
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to act as an advocate on behalf of stores and Field Management

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
