Job Description
Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to DataPower and information service calls. Work on service tickets and coordinate with participating systems support personnel for issue resolutions for the enterprise program. Responsible for completing work assignments, service levels, design & execute process improvements and undertake tasks as needed and directed by the production support Manager to focus on the overall service improvements. Identify remediation tasks and implement solutions to reduce number of production incidents, including performance targets, end user satisfaction levels and quality of service. Play a critical role in ensuring health and stability of all supported applications and infrastructure within the Enterprise. Responsible for coordinating resource coverage schedules. Responsible for identifying and recommending improvement opportunities to reduce cost, enhance support, and streamline efforts. Utilize in depth knowledge of (multiple) Retail applications to independently troubleshoot service issues. Apply in depth knowledge of PBM IT Service delivery and collaboration across organizational towers. Cross train and learn new functional areas outside primary ares of support. Coordinate with participating systems support personnel to restore service and manage service outages. Coordinate enterprise activities (i.e. large deployment support). Independently identify issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Gather, analyze, and produce service metrics to identify trends and drive technical solutions to resolution. Telecommuting is available.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field and 6 years of experience in IT including DataPower auditing/troubleshooting and Web Services development/troubleshooting. Experience must include 6 years with each of the following: Message Broker; MQ Core Java; JDBC; SOA & Web Services; and UNIX Script. Will accept a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience. 10% travel required. Telecommuting Available. Must Apply by 05/01/19.
