As the Rx Affordability Commercialization Senior Advisor you will lead the development and execution of growth opportunities for our Caremark Consumer Prescription Discount Card Program, which since its inception has saved consumers over $4 billion on costs across 350 Million prescription medications. You will be leading a group of matrixed partners to identify, prioritize and execute strategies that demonstrate our Enterprise Assets to grow the program.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Collaborating with the Account Executive on the team to identify new tactics and growth opportunities for existing 150+ Rx Affordability Customers

- Partnering with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing to enhance and sell through a wrap-around program for current PBM Employer and Health Plan customers

- Leading business development efforts to identify, screen and contract with new digital and innovative partners

- Partnering with the Executive Advisor to develop a strategic roadmap for the program synthesizing market intelligence, voice of the customer and input from partners spanning Product, Digital, Trade, Networks, Legal and others

- Providing input to partners to build and subsequently interpreting analyses on opportunity sizing and performance of deployed enhancements

Your success will be driven by your ability to partner across matrixed internal teams to achieve program goals and objectives. You will bring with you, a mix of creativity to evaluate options, an analytical approach to prioritize, and strong organized execution as this will be essential to the role. Your accomplishments will help CVS Health to continue to grow in this very impactful space in the healthcare market.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, product, marketing or strategy consulting within a client-focused environment
* 3+ years of cumulative experience managing a large client account in the Prescription Consumer Card, PBM, Health Plan, or related healthcare field with a focus on account ownership and strategy
* Willingness and Ability to travel up to 25% - travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge of the Health Care Industry, with specific background in pharmacy consumer card or PBM strongly preferred
* Proven capability to deliver work under strict deadlines and provide positive leadership in fast-paced, multi-project collaborative environment
* Results-oriented, and able to influence others thoughtfully to meet goals
* High-level of skill and experience in defining and instituting processes, often in ambiguous situations
* Ability to interact effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, verbally and on paper (in particular, PowerPoint presentations), at all levels of the organization
* High level of independent judgment and initiative
* Experience in healthcare in developing new technology partnerships including negotiations and contract development
* Ability to lead and influence others and to effect change across organizational boundaries.
* Solid ability to work effectively with teams and independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is required
* Advanced degree is preferred
