As the Revenue Cycle Analytics Senior Consultant you will use a combination of technical expertise and advanced analytical capabilities to support operational and financial success within the Revenue Cycle Department.

This position will report to the Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Analytics Senior Manager and will support the Revenue Cycle Account Management and Audit teams, as well as Senior Management.

This position will be responsible for proactively identifying, diagnosing, and trending issues and opportunities within the department through the development of data visualizations, dashboards, reports, and analyses. It will also be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing solutions to drive process improvement. This role will support month end financial close processes as well as providing analytical support for budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new reporting and intuitive data visualizations/dashboards that provide valuable insights and go beyond hindsight reporting, as well as enhance existing reporting
- Drive process efficiency in maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement within the department by identifying opportunities and developing tools to improve operational processes, support the department’s AR collection opportunities, and minimize bad debt
- Support monthly financial close procedures and annual budgeting and forecasting
- Provide ad hoc data analysis to support operational teams and senior management
- Develop a deep understanding of business data for retail pharmacy
- Assist in developing and testing new reports

Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional work experience. Experience coming specifically from analytics strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced skills working with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
- Experience with SQL and VBA (or similar)
- Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau
- Excellent analytical skills with experience working with large data sets from multiple sources, recognizing patterns in data, and influencing decisions by creating a strong case for change
- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and analyze needs and requirements to design and implement robust analytic solutions that support the identified needs
- Independent problem solver with a strong desire to learn new skills
- Proven ability to deliver results. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through
- Skills and experience related to creating predictive models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group - directors, managers, colleagues, and external entities

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Business Administration)
