*The position is a remote based role*

The Reporting Analyst plays a critical role on our Shared Services Strategic Planning team. You will deliver, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards as well as ad-hoc analysis to deliver insights in support of our business partners. You will be leveraging various tools such as Teradata, Tableau and Hadoop.

Responsibilities will include:
- Building new Tableau dashboard to support business partners needs
- Working with internal experts and business partners to continuously improve existing Tableau dashboard
- Running ad-hoc analysis using Tableau as well as SQL
- Leveraging expertise to develop impactful insights to support partner’s understanding of the businesses
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal clients, including Resource Planning and Operations teams

To be successful within this role, you must:
- Have Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
- communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent with peers

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
- Proficient use of SQL for extraction and manipulation of data
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel to create spreadsheets and and PowerPoint for presentations. Strong working knowledge of Excel functions such as vlookup, sumifs, and indirect are required
- 1+ year of analytic experience to identify, analyze and solve complex problems
- Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of related work experience

Bachelor's Degree required
