The Senior Advisor Project Manager is responsible for planning, estimating, forecasting, providing both program oversight and day-to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project lifecycle (planning through implementation) on medium to large size projects (up to $15+M budget, 30-90 FTE’s, 12 - 18 month durations, and of technical complexity).

This person will work with Technology and Business teams as well as the relevant Functional Managers to ensure the project adheres to the project scope and to the CVS development standards. This person must provide solutions that meet the business objectives and are within time/cost constraints, while maintaining high business and CVS levels of satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
* 8 + years of demonstrated IT project management experience including managing one or more large complex IT product/software development cycles/projects including the following:
o Planning, organizing, directing and tracking all aspects of IT programs.
o Ensuring delivery of programs and projects are on time, on budget and fall within organizational performance targets.
o Ensuring program scope, schedule, budget, quality and associated metrics are available, accurate, and meet corporate standards and guidelines.
o Vetting business case development and realization of benefits analysis.
o Managing teams of Program Managers and Project Managers, and performing HR responsibilities such as hiring and performance management.
o Experience must include managing digital projects related to ecommerce, web site design, integrations, mobile app.
* 5 years’ experience with Agile methodologies working with ecommerce and digital activities; order management system or ecommerce platform; large-scale ecommerce and digital projects; small-scale projects; and, large distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
* Digital Project Management, Digital Product Management or Digital Agency background.
* Scrum Master and/or Project Management Professional certification
* Demonstrates proficient negotiation and risk management skills.
* Experience with fast paced and overlapping product release cycles
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience working in cross-functional, multi-location teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to be flexible in a changing environment
* Experience with ATG e-Commerce and Sterling Commerce platform(s) as well as API Management.
* Expert knowledge with using Project Management Tools such as CA Clarity PPM, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
* Extensive knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, IT systems, networks, applications.
* Passion for Digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment and the overall consumer experience.
o Ensuring that program management approaches are consistent, measurable, and aligned with corporate standards and best practices. Looks for process improvement opportunities to reduce duplication of effort, improve work quality and boost morale.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with information technology focus. Will take experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

* Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or related field preferred.
