As the Program Strategy Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing against plans to drive deeper audience acquisition in traditional as well as emerging channels as the backbone to bold sales growth objectives. You will lead a cross-functional team and coordinate several independent work streams to completion, while providing frequent leadership updates on progress and value projections. You will also have the opportunity work closely with the Sr. Director of Personalization Program Strategy, with consistent exposure to Senior Director and VP levels.

Your key job responsibilities will include:

* You will manage a team in developing hypothesis-driven customer and category growth strategies through the use of data, analytics, industry findings, and cross-functional partnership

* You will ensure execution of digital, in-store, and cross-platform acquisition initiatives within ExtraCare, leading projects from conception to completion.

* You will find opportunities for ExtraCare growth and customer engagement through digital properties, in-store assets, and foundational elements of the CVS loyalty program.

* Key partner in the integration of personalization programs and new technology / capabilities. Develop plans to test new functionality and find opportunities to use capabilities to drive new customer acquisition and channel growth.

* You will analyze vast retail and enterprise customer data to identify new pockets of opportunity and inform value projections.

* You will support the management of ongoing forecasting & reporting of the financial performance related to personalization programs. Understand the key drivers or performance and continually identify plans to mitigate any risk

* Lead organizational communication, including updates on reporting, store colleague training, and call center issue management.

* Act as the voice of ExtraCare and the customer for projects driven by other areas of the organization.
* Review competitive news and glean for insights.

This position will be based out of CVS' Woonsocket, RI headquarters.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of work experience in project management, business strategy or analytics

Preferred Qualifications
* MBA Preferred

* 8+ years related work experience

* Experience with digital and brick-and-mortar retail systems a major plus

* Self-starter with ability to build productive cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization as well as with suppliers and other external partners

* Work independently, driving projects ahead with minimal guidance

* Highly effective written and oral communicator

* Data-first mindset to drive decision-making

* Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree
