This role is integral in driving growth on the CVS Pharmacy’s Retail Pharmacy Services Multi-Dose Packaging team. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, leading workflow integration and improvements for new retail pharmacy services, specifically Multi-Dose Packaging.

In this position you will work with business partners across the enterprise to design, development, test and launch a new workflow system to support continued growth in the retail pharmacy setting. The portfolio will include leading the products already committed for deployment and owning the identification and testing of new service and growth opportunities as well as process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Develop processes to deliver better care for patients with complex medication regimens and their caregivers

- Engage with internal and external partners with an interest in the multi-dose packaging product

- Develop and improve the go to market strategy and competitive differentiation for multi-dose packaging

- Lead the diagnosis, solution development, planning, execution and measurement of new products and services associated with multi-dose packaging and/or patients with complex medication regimens

- Play a key role in optimizing and improving the support model and operations

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, program / project management and implementation within healthcare

- 3+ years of leadership experience (direct report experience or equivalent experience without direct report)

Preferred Qualifications
- Presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas and circumstances

- Organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a dynamic, complex working environment

- Project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience

- Proven the ability to lead multiple tasks at a time and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and pro activity
