You will be a vital contributor to a team focused on the development of prescription fulfillment and inventory-focused programs within the Retail Pharmacy business. With 9,600+ pharmacies across the country, CVS Health offers the valuable opportunity to develop innovative solutions that will impact more than 60 million patients every year.

Your emphasis will be on root cause analysis and discovery, solution ideation, design, implementation and steady state management. This role will give you an opportunity to drive new complex operational initiatives, which will have a profound impact on pharmacy margin while working cross functionally with business partners across multiple departments to understand their aspect of the business, solve common problems, and present collaborated recommendations to senior leadership.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

* You will scope, plan, and direct quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Understand and procure the required information to complete the analyses

* You will lead the delivery of timely, analyses which includes root cause investigation, problem solving, articulating conclusions, and making recommendations to the leadership team

* You will engage cross-functionally across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, get results, and resolve issues encountered by the team including assess and course-correct as necessary

* You will use superior analytical skills and logic to prepare material and presentations for the business in a way that contributes, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise, and improves operational efficiency and financial performance

* You will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities including working with the senior manager to design and implement the strategy for one to two direct reports and indirect reports across the broader team including colleague oversight, development, mentoring, performance evaluation and assessment

This position requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to be able to influence our store teams, field leadership, and internal business partners.

This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Pharmacy Operations, Inventory, IS, Compliance, Loss Prevention, Legal, Pharmacy Merchandising, Quality and Safety, and Field Leadership. To be successful in this role, you must think creatively, be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching, and to actively develop and present potential solutions.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree and 3+ years of Operational Process Innovation experience in a Pharmacy setting (Retail, PBM, LTC) OR a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Operational Process Innovation experience

3+ years of experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.

Preferred Qualifications
Master degree or higher

8 + years of Operational Process innovation experience in a Pharmacy setting (Retail, PBM, LTC)

5+ years of experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.

Education
Bachelor degree
