Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Pharmacy Analytics - Senior Consultant is to improve the quality of data/reporting and facilitating effective solutions related to the adjudication and processing of pharmacy claims. The position will support overall coordination of benefits adjudication, which includes analysis of the financial data, both request and response values, reject analysis and improvements in claim processing, operating efficiencies and development/implementing solutions by working cross-functionally with internal and external departments.

Required Qualifications
2+ years Pharmacy experience required, retail pharmacy highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
-Proven ability to analyze data and summarize results.
-Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Solid working knowledge of all MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook), Micro Strategy or other data mining tools.
-Proven ability to work individually or with a team to identify issues and implement solutions.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities and meet deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
