Job Description
Work as part of the Retail Pharmacy Call Center team to ensure that each patient has a positive interaction with CVS Pharmacy. Deliver complete satisfaction by serving each patient according to Customer Care standard operating procedures and CVS Health’s purpose, strategy and values.

* Handle each call in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
* Able to effectively assess and diffuse difficult situations
* Escalate issues to appropriate leadership as needed
* Adhere to Call Center key performance indicators at all times: secure privacy and confidentiality as required by HIPAA, company and departmental guidelines, adhere to organizational procedures, employ effective communication methods to maintain call control, document appropriate comments in patient records, and act in alignment with all State Regulations and Federal Laws
* Have ability to interface / use required call center technology

Operations: * Participate in required Call Center operational meetings and training sessions * Ensure current licensure through timely completion of required professional development (CE’s) * Demonstrate appropriate office conduct at all times

Required Qualifications
-RI Pharmacist licenses required, or ability to secure licensure prior to start of employment
-Extensive pharmacy knowledge and experience in the practice of pharmacy
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Experience in a retail pharmacy
-Flexibility in work schedule is needed due to varied needs of our business

Preferred Qualifications
-Practical application of pharmacy technology and call center processes and procedures
-Bilingual in Spanish
-Ability to quickly assess and adapt to constantly changing situations
-Highly dependable and self-directed
-Demonstrated ability to work as part of a high-performing team

Education
Pharmacist Degree (Bachelor or Doctorate) required
