This a critical role within our digital organization. This individual will be empowered to create the marketing strategy to drive significant growth of our digital pharmacy tools and support key enterprise level initiatives. A passionate, high-energy, curious and results oriented person that can lead a team of individuals in meeting our aggressive growth goals.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical, merchandising and/or digital capacity with some management experience

Preferred Qualifications
Digital experience with an omni channel retailer
Understanding of digital platforms and 3rd party relationships.
8 plus years of related work experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Superior project management and organizational skills. Strong creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to build productive cross functional relationships at all levels of the organization as well as with suppliers and other external partners
Ability to influence others
Proven ability to build and manage high performing teams.

Education
Bachelor degree required. Masters degree preferred.
