Job Description
The MinuteClinic Operations Coordinator supports the development, coordination and delivery of customer service and business support programs across various departments. The position assists in the identification of operational, safety and quality opportunities as well as the implementation of improvements. As the MinuteClinic Operations Coordinator you will research and analyze information and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner. You will use existing processes to solve routine problems and to meet objectives and deadlines. You will be assigned varying degrees of tasks and responsibilities that will provide opportunities to learn and grow within the business.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Responsible for data and information updates and maintenance across multiple systems:
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases to ensure that information is up to date and accurate.
- Understand and account for impact on vendors and partners, others systems, clinic operations, and inventories.
- Complete updates to setup and maintain accuracy for new clinics openings, realignments and personnel changes.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
2. Provides support to programs and projects and coordinate small and medium sized projects with a strong focus on customer service and business support. Projects may include: inventory management, supply management, expansion, and the flu program.
Additional duties to support programs and projects include:
- Processing invoices
- Research and gather information from other teams to support the needs of the operations team. organize and consolidate information received to facilitate in decision making.
- Represent the operations team on a cross functional team.
- Verify deliveries and inventory reporting
- Send out communications to facilitate the cascade of information to the appropriate parties.
- Support the system access for field users including addition, removal, and maintenance
3. Reporting on various MinuteClinic metrics to Internal and Field Leaders to facilitate awareness and accountability
- Inventory Reporting
- Clinic Reporting
- Compliance Reporting
4. Creates and coordinates relative communication points to internal and external field management and staff.
- Work with other departments to facilitate the standardized communication process and ensure adherence to communication guidelines
- Gather and develop content for communications
5. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment

Strong Excel experience required

Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of Supply Management Experience or Inventory Management Experience
2. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite; comfortable with learning new software applications. Preferred Intermediate to Advanced in Excel.
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritizing issues, keeping up with details, while seeing the bigger picture.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills. Comfortable with communicating at all levels in the organization.
5. Motivated to establish, maintain, and manage working relationships with colleagues and external vendors.
6. Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to assess a situation independently and recommend solutions.
7. Self motivated, with an ability to continually improve own process.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor Degree preferred.
