Job Description
The Sr. Consultant, MCO responsibilities include:

-Manage business initiatives with strategic and operational impact across multiple different channels, within the MCO teams
- Includes facilitating meetings, tracking tasks/owners, obtaining status, keeping colleagues on track, and escalating when appropriate
- Ability to read-out to Advisor and Manager levels, when necessary
- Ability to support initiatives that range between medium to high in Size and Complexity
- Coordinating between multiple MCO or non-MCO teams for progress against shared objectives
- Act as internal POC for assigned communication types
- Provide assistance with issue resolution, as needed
- Requirement to work both within a team dynamic but also affords the ability to work independently
- Ability to coordinate & facilitate cross functional meetings; including, but not limited to, meeting invitations/cancellations, agenda setting, meeting minutes, task tracking, maintaining key documents, distribution of materials, etc.
- Support business initiative progress by maintaining project plans within workflow tool(s) with critical tasks, owners and due dates. Drive progress against these tasks via a structured cadence.
- Report status against tasks and against overall initiative due dates to all levels (i.e. within cross functional leads, Advisers and Managers)
- Support Issue Resolution Process, as the need arises.

Required Qualifications
- Organizational/Program Management skills
- Strong Communication skills including ability to present to middle management levels
- Problem Solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements
- Proven ability to function within large, cross functional teams
- Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis.
- Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of task based workflow tools like Aprimo (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project (preferred)
- General understanding of PBM Operations (preferred)
- Sales Force knowledge (preferred)

- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
- Associates Degree preferred
- Bachelors Degree preferred
