Job Description
As an Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will utilize outstanding multitasking sills to work with vendors on a weekly billings and field team members on store Security Guard scheduling amongst other Asset Protection operational functions. To be successful in this role it is necessary that you have the ability to manage multiple vendors, Security Guard schedules and the ability to communicate with various departments. You will pull reporting and monitor store Security Guard program results for retail stores and ensure that all store needs are managed.

As a Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will: Work with Security Guard vendors daily, Work with field team management for Security Guard needs
manager retail store Security Guard schedules
Provide weekly budget reporting on the Security Guard program
manager strong relationships with Security Guard vendor/vendors and account managers
Conduct weekly Accounts Payable uploads
Research Security Guard weekly invoices for inaccuracies
Review remote store CCTV for billing accuracy as well as other needs and issues that arise
Research Security Guard weekly invoices for inaccuracies
Process weekly restitution payments
Create strong process for restitution program
Maintain a strong relationship with outside restitution counsel

Required Qualifications
1+ years of related work experience, ideally in a accounting or billing/invoicing environment

Preferred Qualifications
Prior loss prevention analytics or relevant business analysis experience strongly preferred
-Experience using Excel and Access strongly preferred
-Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing
-Experience with vendor management
-Proven ability to effectively interact with management and Sr. management
-Strong skills with presenting ideas and innovation
-Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
-Demonstrated ability to work with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence
-Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality.

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
