Job Description
The Licensing Department provides support across the Enterprise in obtaining and maintaining operational licenses for our facilities.

As a coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring facilities have accurate and up-to-date pharmacy and healthcare related licenses required to operate the business. This includes applying for new licenses, renewing and maintaining existing licenses all while meeting high quality standards and internal and external deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 2+ years of professional experience preferably in legal, healthcare or pharmacy environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to effectively and professionally communicate at all levels of the organization, especially with store Pharmacy employees, field management personnel, and government agencies.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively with others in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment with constant deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines.

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma/GED required. Associates or Technical Degree preferred.
