Job Description
Would you like to be part of a dynamic IT team at Fortune 7 CVS Health? In the role of IT Application & Database Developer, you will provide support to the Real Estate organization in a variety of technically focused roles.
IT business analysis skills as well as the ability to create process models are crucial. You will be involved in implementation and support of application developed.
You will work on projects that can require doing business analysis, creating Windows application, web application or VBA programming (Excel or MS Office) or creating reports using 3rd party tools like BIRT and Tableau.

Required Qualifications
-You have 3 to 5 years of work related experience.
-You have experience with Web Development: Advance knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, DevExpress, SQL
-You have experience with Windows: Excel VBA, Access VBA, VBScript ,Visual Studio: Console Applications, Windows Applications, Web Applications
-You have a solid grasp of version control, software configuration and release management practices
General System Administration (User Provisioning, File Server Administration)
-You have experience with IIS Administration (IIS version 8.5, Windows Server 2012 R2)
-Effective utilization of Microsoft Office productivity tools (e.g. Word, Excel, e-mail) including experience in VBA
-You have experience with database Administration/Programming (SQL Server, Transact-SQL): Database backups, jobs, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analytical Services (SSAS)
-General System Administration (User Provisioning, File Server Administration, Remote Desktop)
-You have working knowledge of IWSM software preferably TRIRIGA is highly desired
-You have working knowledge of BIRT Report Writer and Tableau or are be willing to learn quickly
-SQL Server Administration (SQL Server migration to 2016)

Preferred Qualifications
-Good communication skills are important as this role will require much interaction with end users, Real Estate management and the Information Systems department.
-You enjoy learning new technology and have the flexibility to shift daily to/from various types of projects.
-You are able to learn inner workings of Real Estate from a technological perspective
-You have an understanding of technology (Databases, programming languages, etc.)
-Ability to learn & utilize technology
-Ability to apply technology to solve business problems
-You have debugging and problem solving skills
-You are self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative, analytical problem-solving leader who is able to work with minimal supervision and possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as superior time management abilities
-Should be independent contributor as well as part of a team.

Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience
