Are you interested in product development and innovation? Senior Living is an exciting, new growth venture within CVS Health's Long-term Pharmacy business, Omnicare. As an Innovation Sr. Consultant, you will be part of our Omnicare Rapid Innovation team. This team is involved in product design for our Senior Living customers. We partner with internal and external stakeholders to build creative processes and technology solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
You will be involved in executing the product innovation life cycle:
- Document current state processes to evaluate and define business opportunities
- Conduct research on customer needs and experiences (journey mapping, personas)
- Define business problems and identify solutions to test
- Take a user-centered design approach to design, build, assess and iterate prototypes and processes
- Use analytical skills to prepare presentations demonstrating results of pilot executions

Competencies:
- Solid data analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills to describe design process, ideas and solutions to multiple teams
- Ability to learn quickly while understanding and solving new problems
- Strong attention to detail, organized and self-starter

Required Qualifications
- 2 years of business process improvement
- 2 years of experience in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of management consulting or healthcare strategy/operations
- Experience in prototyping new products and services
- Good working knowledge of Python, SQL or programming language

Education
- Bachelor's degree
