Would you like to be part of a dynamic Human Resources team at Fortune 7 CVS Health? As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with Minute Clinic, you will provide strategic and tactical guidance to the Field Leadership and Corporate teams. You will anticipate and plan for human capital implications, including workforce planning, recruiting and development, and performance based activities in order to achieve both business and organizational goals. You will effectively coach leaders on Employee Relations (ER) issues and reduce potential business liabilities.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies for the MinuteClinic division of CVS Health. You will own the ongoing talent review process along with assessing and identifying high performing / high potential leaders, helping to ensure succession and development plans are established and in place. You will assist in the coaching and development of Field and Corporate Managers.

You will lead employee communications and change management initiatives and oversee employee engagement. You will support the development, implementation and interpretation of employee policies and procedures.

This position will be located in Woonsocket, RI.

Additional responsibilities of the HRBP - Minute Clinic include:
* Partnering with field and corporate managers to ensure performance management and compensation plans are administered appropriately, along with ensuring performance management activities are ongoing and aligned with pay for performance culture.
* Providing clear and effective counsel to management on all HR issues, including performance feedback, progressive discipline, and employment law; keep abreast of employment laws and legal trends; work effectively with legal counsel, as necessary relating to employment law matters.
* Leading HR related projects and acting as a subject matter expert on other initiatives that support the organization.
* Resolving employee-relations issues in partnership with the Central ER team; mentoring managers to settle work-related conflicts and methods of elevating performance; handling employee counseling and exit interviewing.
* Reviewing trends and discussing findings with management and recommend solutions.
* Partnering with compensation team in conducting annual salary surveys and compiling information to present results and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
* You have 5+ years of progressive Human Resources (HR) experience or CVS Health experience.
* You can travel up to 20% of the time, as needed, per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
* You have HR experience within a multi-unit retail business or healthcare industry.
* You have demonstrable ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy.
* You have a working knowledge of employment law and general HR business programs.
* You have proven history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders.
* You have a demonstrable ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization.
* You have strong communication and presentation skills.
* You have effective organization and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
* You can meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
* You are able to quickly learn and understand the drivers to business performance.
* You have experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Master’s Degree preferred.
* Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
