The Senior Manager, Health Services Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Business & Product Development will be a key member of a cross-functional team that is delivering an exciting new health services offering to CVS retail stores.

This role will have day-to-day responsibility for managing various Health Services products and capabilities with specific emphasis on operations and system development.

You will report to the Director, Health Services and be responsible for executing against the three-year strategic roadmap. You will also lead the delivery of entire work streams to support initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company and have a tangible impact on patient outcomes.

Specifically, you will be engaged in leading the new store opening process, interfacing directly with strategic business partners internally and externally, supporting the implementation of service enhancements as well as solution definition, testing, and implementation of new products and services needed to support the future growth of the business.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating ongoing issue resolution and interfacing directly with supplier partners to lead AR/AP processes and support new product onboarding.

- Developing and executing project plans to deliver business results on-time and on-budget.

- Developing and maintaining processes to ensure insurance, promotions and compliance requirements are successfully and accurately implemented

- Leading the work of cross-functional teams who play roles in the development, testing and deployment of product/service work streams

Required Qualifications
5+ years of healthcare related or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

Strong organizational skills

Attention to detail

Experience with IT PMO processes

Education
Bachelor's Degree
MBA strongly preferred
