Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health and our dynamic Finance team? The Financial Planning & Analysis Advisor is an integral part of of our Minute Clinic FP&A Team that supports the budgeting, forecasting and accounting close of CVS’s more than 1,100 Minute Clinics.
The team partners with many senior business leaders
throughout the Minute Clinic organization to set and
achieve financial goals.

Team members present monthly results to its business
partners and discuss changes in the business that may
lead to forecast changes. In addition to budgeting,
forecasting and month end close, the team is often
required to create analysis used to make key business
decisions. This is a great opportunity to work at a leading

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with senior Minute Clinic management to
understand the impact of transformation initiatives on the Minute Clinic business.
- Facilitate monthly close process by collaborating with
business partners, managing deadlines and ensuring
accurate financial results and report on the Transformation related initiatives.
- Provide variance analysis to understand potential risk
and opportunities with respect to financial results. Work
with business partners to frame the financial impact and
communicate up through financial organization.
- Prepare month-end packages for senior and executive
level business leaders to help encapsulate monthly results
and forward looking viewpoints.
- Develop a budget, forecasting and tracking process for all key MC related transformation metrics and coordinate that reporting back to the business, finance and the CVS transformation team.
- Work with business partners to manage the capital
budgeting and forecasting process as relates to the variety of transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years work experience in finance, accounting,
and or other related fields
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of related FP&A experience is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate across various
organizations and leadership levels
- Experience with accounting systems - SAP, S4 HANA, Peoplesoft preferred
- Experience working with senior level business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in excel

Bachelor’s Degree required, with concentration in accounting or finance preferred.
