Job Description
To provide administrative, travel, budget and project management support to SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility & Philanthropy as well as Department staff, including Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers.
In addition to strong administrative abilities to manage busy calendars, plan travel and manage expenses, this position requires strong written and oral communication skills in order to work effectively with internal and external customers; strong organizational skills; resourcefulness; proven ability to maintain information in strictest confidence; good judgment. Specific skills include working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook. Minimum of three years of experience in similar corporate environment.

- Executive Assistant support services including managing calendars, travel and expense reports.
- Managing of payments and tracking of all expenses, checking requests and other similar activities.
- Responding to Department inquiries (phone, e-mail, etc) and triaging to appropriate contacts.
- Supporting the development of reports and presentations for leaders.
- Managing team meetings and events.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Executive Administrative Experience
- Strong knowledge of all programs within Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point
- Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage simple financial reporting, expense payment and tracking, and experience managing Finance relationships
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5-8 year of relevant experience

- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
