Job Description
As Contract Analyst, 340B this position will have responsibilities for the daily management of 340B Program contract facilitation. The role includes extensive interaction with internal teams including Legal, Wellpartner, Health Systems Alliance (HSA), Sales, etc. All duties will be performed at the direction of the Sr. Implementations Manager, 340B. Duties will include managing tasks, projects and plans for various Health System, Hospital and Clinic contracts simultaneously, while meeting designated deadlines and standards. The 340B Contract Analyst will collaborate with several different areas to successfully issue agreements, resolve client comments within contracts, and seek successful execution with team as appropriate.


- Manage the day-to-day operational and planning aspects 340B administrative contracts for Retail, Specialty and Infusion programs
- Generate and negotiate agreements for new and existing 340B business partners
- Work closely with operational staff to address inquiries and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify workflow efficiencies, reduce turn around times and respond to inquiries as appropriate
- Set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives with management
- Work with various stakeholders to develop short-and-long term goals that meet established objectives and contributing to the overall goals of the 340B team
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in health-related field working with contracts
- Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment
- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of 340B Programs
- Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

High School Diploma Required
Bachelor degree preferred
