As the US Healthcare system transitions from volume to value-based payment models, health plans are increasingly reliant on their performance in quality programs to contain health care costs while ensuring their members have access to high quality care. As the Advisor of Client Consultative Services and Policy, you will be a vital contributor to the success of CVS Health and our clients in achieving quality improvement goals. Your roll will be to provide key insights that drive quality improvement results. You will accomplish your goal by:
* Driving organizational alignment, awareness and accountability to achieve a 4 Star Overall Performance rating for Silverscript
* Fostering partnerships with Medicare Clients to support the achievement of 4+ Stars for select Star Ratings measures and targeted state-specific quality improvement for Medicaid clients
* Working collaboratively to win new clients and grow services with existing clients by differentiating our ability to support their quality goals
* Influencing the evolution of quality through advocacy with external partners such as industry organizations like PQA and CMS, as well as primary responsibility to evaluate and communicate impacts of CMS policy changes by collaborating with business partners to execute necessary program and reporting updates;
* Projecting financial risk associated with Stars Operational performance guarantee projections
* Leading reconciliation and Supporting negotiation of Stars PGs following release of Star Ratings
* Mitigating risk by streamlining processes, providing reporting and, finding opportunities recommendations for re-negotiation of current custom Stars PGs with Account Management
* Providing insights from analyses to get results, as well as develop best-in-class tools to project, monitor and forecast Stars performance
* Developing and refining analytical methodologies for forecasting of performance and modeling of complex measures
* Conducting competitive analysis specific to best in class plan design
* Sharing your deep understanding of Quality Programs with Clients internal partners
* Developing strategies with clients focused on data driven identification of improvement opportunities and measures that maximize beneficiary outcomes and incentives
You will have visibility to cross-functional leadership and will provide support to CVS Health’s Sales and Account Services division regarding the measurement ratings performance, regulatory changes and ongoing improvement initiatives. You will be able to master a new program or methodology to quickly become a resource for colleagues and/or clients. Your success will also be driven by your ability to execute sophisticated analysis to identify creative and innovative solutions, recommend standard methodologies, and enhance business processes and tools. You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity in order to identify and solve complex business problems with meaningful impact on success. Your superior communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical/difficult concepts effectively and succinctly will be tested daily. The contributions you will make in this role will help to position CVS Health as a leader in the healthcare marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* 3 or more years of project management leadership with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity with strong attention to detail;
* At least 3 years of demonstrated advanced use of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
* Willingness and Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in healthcare and/or background in government quality programs such as Star Ratings or Medicaid quality programs is preferred

Education
* Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute
