As an Outside Vendor Call Center Coordinator you will provide operational support for Outside Vendor calls at the Retail Pharmacy Call Center. As a part of this team you will triage all non preferred drug orders from the stores and ensure quality and accuracy of each order.

Responsibilities of the Outside Vendor Call Center Coordinator will include: order review, trend analysis, troubleshooting complex order issues, facilitating and supporting management with interdepartmental communications and outreach, as well as ensuring all orders are processed appropriately.

In this role you will create and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all actions are in complete alignment with CVS practices, policies and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.

Hours: 11:30am -8pm

Required Qualifications
* 2 + years of strong usage of Microsoft Office
6 + months of Prior call center experience
* intermediate to advanced Excel experience to to create and analyze reports

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment
* Must be a self-directed and possess excellent organizational skills
* Analytical skills
* Working knowledge of outside vendor ordering processes and procedures
* Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents
* Pharmacy Technician (State license)

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
