Job Description
This role as a Analyst - Payer Relations will support the Payer Relations leadership team by completing in depth analytics that are actionable and relevant to current CVS/Caremark initiatives, strategic planning projects and pharmacy/health care industry trends.

In this role as a Analyst - Payer Relations, you will:

Work cross functionally to ensure strategic goals and tactics are aligned with corporate initiatives and financial targets.
Utilize and maintain a robust analytical tool set that will allow the retail pharmacy division to better understand industry dynamics and pro actively manage and build our payer relationships.

Required Qualifications
3 or more years of experience with Access and Excel

Preferred Qualifications
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Highest level of attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact
Results driven, with a desire to work in a fast paced environment that values collaboration, integrity and accountability
Advanced Excel and Access skills required
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
SQL skills

Education
Bachelors required, Masters preferred
