Job Description
As an Alarm Coordinator within our Alarm Central Station, you will be tasked with monitoring and dispatching alarm events related to multiple CVS Health facilities across the country. You will also perform various tasks in data entry and remote alarm management.

***Hours are overnight/third shift 11:30 pm to 8:00 am, - Monday -Friday. Shift will end Saturday at 8:00am

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional work experience in an emergency dispatch, security operations center, call center, or retail store environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Emergency dispatch or call center experience
- 1+ years using a computer to quickly and easily navigate through web sites
- Prior work experience in a Loss Prevention function and/or strong interest in working in a Loss Prevention Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response authorities
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence
- Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
