Job Description
Position is responsible for assisting the Retail Security Compliance leadership team with insights into status and ongoing risk exposure across IT Retail. As part of the Retail Security Compliance team, this resource will serve as a data steward accountable for the delivery of data, tools, and processes that help drive effective insights into workload and priorities as well as help the broader team deliver continuous improvements within our databases, dashboards, and reporting tools. They will interact closely with Retail Security Compliance managers, domain leads, as well as key members of the corporate-wide Information Security team and will serve as an instrumental resource to help drive effective insights and improve on the overall application management support posture for IT Retail.

- Responsible for understanding the data sources, data flows, and data dependencies across the various CVS Health Information Security domains

- Responsible for consolidating key files and relevant data elements for IT Retail Security Compliance governance

- Responsible for transforming complex data sources into consumable, actionable, resources for the Retail teams

- Supports the Retail Compliance leadership team with reporting, analysis, and insights into performance across the various domains

- Responsible for maintaining high levels data quality, consistency, and integrity

- Responsible for maintaining ongoing metrics / KPIs and assisting the compliance manager with gathering compiling, analyzing, and trending data

- Responsible for the evolution of data, tools, and related processes in alignment with the Retail Compliance team’s goals / roadmap

Required Qualifications
5+ years with relevant IT experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Results-oriented, self-directed
- Proven data management skills
- Demonstrated versatility and ability to handle concurrent high priority tasks
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, pivot tables, charts, as well as SharePoint
- Exposure to MS Access, SQL Server, Tableau, or other database technologies a plus
- Knowledge of IT security-related regulations such as HIPAA, SOX, SOC1, SOC2, HITRUST, etc.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices and theory
- Process improvement exposure / Six Sigma
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, etc.
- Previous work experience in Application Development, Project Management Office, Information Security or a related practice field.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, relevant business area or BS/PD degree from an accredited pharmacy college or university preferred

High School or GED required..
