The Administrative Assistant for the CVS Health Retail Finance team will focus on providing coordination and support to the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Leadership. In addition, this position will coordinate various types of meetings and provide project support as needed to the team.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

* Coordinates the efficient operation of the office by
maintaining confidential and general files, ordering supplies, maintaining
manuals, and performing all other relevant duties for management.
* Coordinates and completes associated new business
reports. Researches, prepares, and edit reports and presentations.
* Orders office supplies.
* Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and
* Assures that all assigned projects are completed in a
timely and efficient manner and follow-up is done on all administrative
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to Senior Leadership

Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Office, Outlook; Excel, and PowerPoint experience and understanding of database programs. * Must be able to demonstrable skills in detail and organization, time management and ability to continually re-prioritize work activity
* The ability to shift priorities and be adaptable to change and experience in handling multiple priorities in a very fast paced environment.
* Must be comfortable interacting with senior leveled leaders and working with the senior most executives in at within CVS/Caremark.
* The ability to maintain sensitive information in strictest confidence and to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters.

Verifiable GED or High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
