Accounting Manager

Position Summary
The Manager of PBM Accounting will be responsible for driving an accurate and efficient Month End Close of the PBM’s Rebates Receivable and Payable.  The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. 
Additionally the candidate should be able to work cross functionally in a large organization.   The Manager of PBM Accounting will have a range of responsibilities including:
- Oversight of the accounting impacts of the PBM’s rebate program.  This includes reviewing
and approving monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and various reports. 

- Management, training and development of 3 accounting personnel
- Support and manage requests from internal and external auditors as they complete the financial statement and internal controls audits.
- Evaluate and propose process improvement and efficiency opportunities
- Strong Excel skills with a proven capacity to organize, manipulate and interpret data.
- Assist on special projects as needed
