Job Description
As 340B Inventory Manager, this position will support program operations by completing inventory analyses and planning projects to successfully reconcile program activity. The position requires the ability to perform in-depth reviews of financial and store inventory data from 340B Administrators and internal stakeholders. In addition, the role requires on-going analytics to support inventory replenishment, trending and other duties as appropriate. This position will include managing tasks, maintaining databases (MS ACCESS, SQL) and project planning to fulfill various reporting needs simultaneously, while meeting designated deadlines and standards.


1. Work closely with the Implementation team to successfully reconcile programs transitioning 340B Administrators and/or pursuing termination
2. Perform analyses on active 340B program to develop opportunities to decrease inventory liabilities and increase operational efficiencies
3. Communicate to internal and external stakeholders the analyses and outcomes to successfully reconcile program activity
4. Track and maintain information on progress of all reporting and status of program reconciliations
5. Continually track and analyze key pharmacy inventory metrics (e.g. quarterly reconciliations, product volumes, replenishment cycles, etc) to evaluate and refine 340B contract management strategies.
6. Collaborate with the implementation team to appropriately forecast program launches
7. Set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives
8. Build and develop additional dynamic reporting in support of the Program Director to create timely and actionable insights into our existing contracted 340B business specific to their inventory and replenishment activity.
9. Assist the analytics team on other offerings as assigned; playing a long term role in maintaining and expanding reporting capabilities for the department

Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in health-related area or must possess transferable skills
1-2 years of analytical experience

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to turn reports into actionable items while collaborating with management in order to prioritize workload and determine priorities.
Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment, 340B programs and finance.
Ability to organize and analyze data sets; including 3rd party reporting and internal financial analyses.
Experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery.
Experience in CVS/pharmacy inventory..
Management as it relates to 340B replenishment
Results driven, with a desire to work in a fast paced environment that values collaboration, integrity and accountability.
Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels.
Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree required.
