Position Summary
As the Senior Manager of 340B Account Management, you will be responsible for the delivery of services to the program’s covered entity partners and administrators. You will engage, understand and communicate unique needs of the 340B team within internal partners and other key operational areas to effectively support the team. You will also be responsible for identifying and driving operational process improvement initiatives for your business unit. Some other key areas of responsibility for you will be:
* Hiring, on boarding, and training to ensure the development of a high performing team 
* Managing team operational processes specific to the 340B retail and specialty programs 
* Resolving issues pertaining to 340B operations (invoicing, inventory, reporting, etc) 
* Leading and developing a team of Account Management Managers responsible for successful delivery of day-to-day operational projects 
* Establishing objectives to maintain and monitor strong relationships between covered entity leadership and assigned 340B administrators for the specialty & retail programs

Your success will be determined by your ability to meet or exceed goals within your aligned business unit regarding overall operational support and service delivery. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with various internal operational partners to meet client deliverables and ensure understanding of 340B operational changes. You will need to exhibit strong leadership competencies while exercising good judgment and diplomacy.

Preferred Qualifications
* 340B specific experience in the specialty and/or retail contract pharmacy environment 
* Proven technical skills to include project management tools and the Microsoft office suite 
* Some PBM system knowledge, to include AS400/RXClaim 
* Strong Leadership skills to lead change, establish positive and enthusiastic environment, support employee career development 
* Competencies in holding self and others accountable, ownership and ability to influence outside of sphere of responsibility * Ability to build and maintain outstanding interpersonal relationships to enhance customer service in order to achieve business objectives 
* Ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects with previous project management experience 
* Demonstrated advanced level problem-solving and analytical skills 
* Proven history of high client satisfaction
