APC by Schneider Electric is a global leader in critical power and cooling services, providing industry leading products, software and systems.

The Regional Offer Manager (product manager) will work broadly within the company, customers and partners to assess local markets, drive local roadmap needs, own inbound marketing and assess new markets and technologies. Specific activities include: reviewing market performance of LOB and Personal Power segment, analyze market and competition, analyze Voice of Customer, and co-develop vision of local offer portfolio with the global segment leader. This role will also provide feedback into the APC organization on technical and business requirements to meet market needs.

* Review market performance of segment or LOB
-sales revenue, asp, mix
-report success of promotions, price changes, positions changes made by Zone
* Analyze market and competition
-learn trends of customer application and environment
-learn trends of channel
-detect changes in competitor behavior
-share, new products, price changes, promotions, position changes
* Analyze Voice of Customer
-learn trends of customer application and environment
-learn customer view of competition, channel
* Co-develop vision of local offer portfolio with global segment leader
-prioritize development steps towards vision based on customer need and opportunity
-work with segment team to make trade-offs in concept phase
* Other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years product management, product marketing or business development experience. Experience in UPS industry or IT/Consumer Electronics a plus.

Domestic and international travel as needed to support the business.
