Call Center Job Description:

Aerotek is currently seeking multiple call center representatives for one our larger clients in the Rhode Island area. The opportunity is with a great company!

The job requires the candidate to work in a call center environment handling both inbound and outbound.

Requirements
-Previous call center experience
-BA degree if no previous call center experience
--preference will be given to candidates with a health care background (medical insurance, doctors office, hospital, etc.)

Duties
-Inbound and outbound calls (70-100) per day
-Perform pharmacy benefit investigations by dealing with insurance companies
-Report pharmacy benefit investigation results on behalf of doctors to patients
-Manage patients accounts, insurance coverage, resolve billing or collections issues, etc.
